What is the ethics hotline?

It is a mechanism that receives reports of activities that go against the law and the Code of Good Governance, behaviors that violate human rights, and inappropriate or undesirable conduct within the Colombian Institute of Pain. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the entire process, ensuring complete discretion from start to finish. Any employee and/or third party associated with the Colombian Institute of Pain can file a report through the Ethics Hotline.

What situations can be reported through the Ethics Hotline?

Participation in activities, business, or operations that are against the law.

Misuse of confidential information.

Misappropriation or misuse of the institute’s property.

Business practices that go against the Company’s interests.

Abuse of authority by administrators, officials, or employees of the institute for personal gain.

Reporting of suspicious activities related to money laundering, drug trafficking, or any illegal act.

Acts of disloyalty toward the Organization.

Falsification of contracts, reports, or records.

Conflict of interest situations.

Accepting gifts, favors, invitations, trips, payments, or any perks that may influence business decisions and operations, directly or indirectly benefiting the provider.
